When I set up the multiple coupon. Your program said it would email me the codes - no codes were ever emailed. I went back to my site and pulled the coupon code you issued and tried to use it. It came up invalid.

After I get the multiple coupon user figured out. I would really like to offer my customer free products with the coupon code. But your program does not allow this. It only lets me use "free shipping" "flat discount" and "percentage off"

    I'm sorry to hear that. To help us confirm the email issue, can you please check that these were not perhaps marked as Spam in your inbox?

    I'm afraid that we do not support 100% discounts at this time. We are aware that this is a need for users, and have this on our list to address in the future.

    I checked my spam and nothing was there. The email that is registered is
    [email blocked]

    Do you have any idea when you will be discussing the issue of free product
    coupon. As with many small businesses it is not in our best interest to
    give out $$ off coupons, but we can afford to give out free product. Not
    being able to have my customers use coupons for free product is a huge issue
    for our company.

    I tied again to set up a multiple coupon and again no email was sent to me.
    Nothing in my spam. Can you help me fix this?

    Hi Heather,

    Thanks for getting the multiple coupon problem fixed. I set up a new coupon
    and received the coupon codes.

    I do have another question. When an order is placed how am I suppose to
    know what coupon was used? The coupon code nor the discount amount does not
    show on the invoice I get from Goodsie. Is there a place where I put the
    coupon info so it will show on my invoice? All of my coupons will have the
    same or very similar discount amounts, but the code is what alerts me as to
    what product to add to my customers order.
