I'm sorry to hear that and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Could you please confirm the Goodsie Order IDs for those transactions and I would be happy to take a closer look?

Thanks. For both http://goodsie.com/admin/orders/detail/169673 and http://goodsie.com/admin/orders/detail/161211 I see shipping charges for $4.95. Could you please double-check those orders?

Both orders had $4.95 as the shipping amount. However, neither was charge the shipping fees through Google Checkout. So there appears to be an issue with Google checkout getting the correct info from the goodsie system.

Hi Eloy,
After confirming with our team, because we show the shipping on our end (in your Admin Orders), we did indeed send the charges to Google Checkout. Do you have any shipping settings configured within Google Checkout right now? Those would conflict with what is set up in your Goodsie account I'm afraid.

I do not currently have any shipping settings set up for Google Checkout. Attached is a picture of that screen. It sounds as if i may have to set it up with GC if you guys can't get Goodsie to send the correct info over.
Let me note again that it works perfectly with Paypal, so i'm not unhappy with that service. But this issue is seriously making me reconsider having GC at all on my site.

Hi Eloy,
I'm sorry to hear that. Please provide a screenshot of the Google Checkout transaction that you're seeing in your merchant account for those transactions so we can confirm the discrepancy.

Here are the screenshots. Notice how the customer was charge $26.95 instead of the $31.90 they were supposed to be charged in both cases.

Hi Eloy,
Our team found that Google was ignoring the shipping charges we passed in if all products on an order are digital. We've put in a fix for this to ensure this doesn't happen from now on.
