html
Hi,
I am having some problems with basic html.
when i add more than one picture to my main page on goodsie and have a link on the image it always automatically puts the images under each other.
I would like to have the images side by side. the only way to do this is not have a link attached to the images. I need links on the images. is there something I can do to stop the images going under each other once a link is added to them?
really would like this resolved.
thanks
/Lisa

Hi Lisa,
We're happy to help. In the case of the images you have on your home page now, they are too wide to fit in the column side-by-side. Is there another set of images you would like to fit on your homepage?

Hi Lisa,
The width of the column in your current layout is around 800 pixels wide. If you would like images to fit side by side there, they would need to be smaller than that width when combined.

Heather

Hi heather,
I have tried different image sizing eg. (width 400px with a 200px ) side by side and still each time I put a link on any of the images they automatically go under one another. I understand a decent amount html writing and I can not understand why this is happening. Is it possible that I can not have images side by side with links?

Hi Lisa,
We suggest you try an HTML table to place those images side by side: http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_tables.asp. Let us know if that helps you out.
Thanks,
