Error message trying to send a newsletter

I'm trying to send out a newsletter to multiple lists and got a message that said, "we can't deliver this e-mail at this time, please contact support for details".

    Hi,

    I'm trying to send a newsletter to all of the lists we have. I'd actually
    love to combine the lists, but I know it's over the amount technically
    available (it comes to 3929). It did go through last time, but there were
    somewhat fewer e-mail addresses on the lists at that time. Is there a
    better approach to this? I also tried to send to only one list at a time,
    and that didn't seem to work either.

    It would be great to get a fix on this going forward (ie- a combined list
    that would go through or multiple lists that would work) or if that isn't
    possible, let me know, so I can figure out another solution.

    I've been able to send the e-mail to the smallest list I have, but really need to get it out to the other lists - none of which will send. Please get in touch with me, as now I really need to get this out today! Alternately, is there a number I can call?

    We pushed through your email newsletter, so you should be all set.

    Just an FYI, there is a 1,500 email limit per month, but we forgot to include the notation of that in the redesign. Additionally, you've been with us forever, so I'm happy to send these out anyway.

    Please let me know if you need help with anything else.

    Great, thank you!

    What do we need to do going forward in order to send to everyone on our
    list at the same time? The newsletters, when they go out, need to go to
    everyone on the list. It rarely ends up to be even once a month, but I do
    need it to be at the same time. Should I look into another service for our
    newsletters? Or is there an upgrade we need to do? Appreciate your working
    with us on this!

    Rogue here - not sure what the best method to contact you is... We need to
    send out a newsletter to (all of) our lists in the next day or so (again, I
    waited too long, and it would be great to have it out asap). Let me know
    if there is anything else I need to do.
