Goodsie order received but not showing up on Orders page

We received this order: Order #2075912
The payment was received in Paypal. The email came through to our email.
However this order is not showing on the Orders page of Goodsie. When I click on the order number that comes thru on the email it redirects me to a page that says the order has been cancelled. However the order has not been cancelled and the payment has not been refunded. This has happened a number of times recently and I have received no response to any of my questions about it.

    Hi there,

    This is a known issue that we are working to resolve. Its being cause by
    something that changed with PayPal, where the notification to goodsie from
    PayPal is causing the order to show as being cancelled.

    We are going to continue investigating this and work to get it resolved.

    Thank you for your patience.

    We have advised others to sign up for a Braintree account in order to take
    credit card payments instead of PayPal in the meantime.
