Site Search Down & Unable to Add Product to Site

Customers are unable to search our site for products via the store website search bar. Even products that are clearly available on the first page. Any entry on the search bar gives the same error "Sorry, there are no matching results." Search option on the merchant site is also having the same issue making it difficult to edit products without having to go through page by page to find the specific product.

In addition to the search problems we are now unable to add new products to the site. An error occurs with no specifics it only states to try again and if it persists to contact Goodsie which we have and no follow up attempts have been made. We are entering a very busy season and have tons of new products that need to be uploaded and we are unable to. These kinds of setbacks really affect our small indie business.

Some kind of follow up, resolution or some type of communication would be nice. It's bad enough that since early May 2017 we have had to manually enter our PayPal transactions because Paypal and Goodsie just mysteriously stopped working and no longer acknowledges Paypal Transactions or sends order conformations via Goodsie. We have contacted you several times and again no attempts to follow up or resolve the problem has been made. It extremely frustrating and hurts our business.

Any kind of assistance would be appreciated.
