exporting orders

Is anyone having trouble exporting orders? I have 953 orders and the "we're exporting you orders" spinny wheel has been going for over an hour. I need my history before the shutdown as it seems to be the only way to access my customer email list. Any ideas?

    It looks like my export has timed out. Maybe everyone is trying at the same time? I'll try again.

    Still no luck on my end. I've had two export attempts time out. Will I lose all of my customer data if it won't download before tomorrow? Kind of starting to panic....

    I spoke to one of our contract developers.

    Try first thing tomorrow AM. Something might be hung up on our end.
