Facebook Store display problem
Hi,
My Facebook store used to display perfectly, but I notice that it now cuts off the 3rd product in every row - I have looked at some other goodsie stores on Facebook and seems the same problem exists on others as well. I have not made any changes to my layout, so not sure what has happened.
Could it be fixed asap please? (I have current workaround ,as in
next post below, but still need this fixed as I need to revert to
my preferred display please)
My facebook store is at http://www.facebook.com/CoconetteOz/app_125376930904526

While you look into this I have tried some workarounds, so the Facebook displays better.
What I found is that the cutoff problem exists with my usual , preferred Product Layout of 3 products per row. i.e. Facebook store cuts of the 3 product on every row a.s per screen shot supplied
If I use a Product layout of 4 products per row fb store will show 3 per row- no cutoffs. So I am currently using this as an interim measure.
However , I also found that when you click to go to page 2, you go to a blank area of page 2 and it is not clear to users that they would need to scroll up to see the page 2 products.
I would ideally like to use my usual layout of 3 per row and have it displayed correctly on Facebook - hope this extra information helps

Hi there,
Our team resolved the problem with Facebook stores this morning and we apologize for the earlier issue. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks Katie and the team for the quick turnaround on that - great.
Were they also able to look in to the issue with page 2?
On Facebook store, when users go to next page they are taken to a full screen of blank white space below the store listings, so it looks like no more products ,when there are actually 5 more if you were to scroll up. (But I don't think users woud think to scroll up to see them as the page looks blank - refer attached.)
On the non facebook store version, I notice that when users hit next page, they are taken to the last row of the products on the next page....so its not as bad as the facebook problem, but likely related so could perhaps both be fixed at the same time?

Hi,
After confirming with our team, we unfortunately can't control anything outside the iFrame of the Facebook Goodsie store, and so we can't change the scrolling issue. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Katie

Hi,
Good news! After some further digging, one of our developers was able to find a resolution for the page scroll issue after clicking Page 2 in Facebook. You should see this fix live on the Facebook store now. :)

Hi,
A little while back your developers found a way to fix a problem where a click on next page in the facebook store took you to the bottom of the next page., rather than the top The problem seems to be back. Can the user be taken to the top of the results again ?
Cheers

Hi there,
I'm not able to reproduce that issue on our end with your Facebook app right now. Does clearing your browser's cache resolve this for you?
