Custom domains: Issue with www.

We just committed fully to using Goodsie as our website, and moving from Office Live to Goodsie was easy! The processing of transferring the domain was easy!

However we do have one issue: we can't access the site if we type www.helenshouses.co.uk. Firefox (and other browsers, too) give the error in the image attached.

We currently use MelbourneIT as our domain registrar.

We hope this isn't a massive issue and that we should be able to iron it out pretty easily and quickly. All help is appreciated!

   Hi Ollie,

   Great! To resolve that issue, please add another A record for the "www." subdomain by entering a line in your DNS settings with www. as the host just as was done for the main domain.
