We're sorry to hear that. The codes should have been provided in
the email you received after selecting the "Email my codes to me"
option. Please feel free to forward us the email you received so we
can take a closer look.

You should be able to request them yourself. Please be sure that
all of the coupon form fields are properly filled in, and let us
know if you have further issues! I've attached a screenshot of a
completely filled-in coupon form for reference. :)
