Shipping - customer choosing wrong option
Hi there!
May be a dumb question, we have different shipping rates based on location (different states). Concern is how to prevent a customer from choosing the wrong rate (eg cheapest option), when after checking out and paying through PayPal, we find out that the address they entered was actually the other side of the country!
Assuming we would have to manually check each order, and then email them to settle the outstanding balance before fulfilling?
Any tips on how to handle?

Unfortunately yes this is possible at this time, though typically is not an issue. If it is, the store owner typically contacts the customer to straighten out the discrepancy before shipping the product. We are working to improve shipping to avoid this issue.
