IDEAL
I really like Goodsie, but Ideal is really a neccessary payment
method so I am afraid I will have to quit also because I am missing
too many customers...
I have heard that it's not such a big hassle to connect with Ideal
and I am really sorry to hear that this isn't going to happen. I am
willing to arrange it myself but that doesn't seem possible. Are
there more people facing this problem?

I'm very sorry to hear that. Yes we have had a number of requests for this payment method, however our team has not found a preferred integration for this method. Thank you for your suggestion, we certainly have it on our list of considerations for future updates.

If Goodsie make it possible that we can edit the cart system then the Ideal problem will be solved.
Because then we can put our own link, or a picture with a link, in the bottom of the cart. Tha we can direct to a merchant that supports IDEAL.
This will save the Ideal problem.
Please bring this idea to the technical staff of goodsie. And let me know what they think about it.

Yes that's what I tried to tell them. I am willing to arrange everyting myself, but they have to provide the code. I would like to speak out one time again how important it is for us that ideal can be offered to our customers.

I'm sorry you are having problems. We understand it is important for your customers to use their preferred means of payment.
iDEAL is on our development roadmap and will be offered in the next few months. The time will be spent integrating the payment system at a transactional level to provide a quality experience for Goodsie store owners and their customers.
We hope you'll continue to use Goodsie and will make sure to prioritize support of iDEAL based on your feedback.

Hi John,
Thanks for your reply. I would like to know when exactly Ideal will be added. I am seriously considering leaving Goodsie at the moment so I would like to reconsider that but I really want to know weather it will be in 2 months or more, because that's too far away for me.

I cannot guarantee iDEAL support in two months.
I'm sorry Goodsie doesn't meet your current needs. If you choose to leave I hope you'll revisit us at some point in the future as our feature set grows.

Between two and four months. I apologize for the ambiguity. We release features "when they are ready." Factors determining the timeframe include infrastructure improvements and development of other highly requested features.

I am somewhat confused. Above (on May 02) you state IDEAL isn't in your plans. However John (on feb 27) states that IDEAL will be available in between 2 to 4 months.
Wicht statement is correct?
