Your Order history displays all orders that have been placed from your storefront. Here you will see the order number, date, processor (i.e. PayPal), total, state and fulfillment status. Click the “View Details” link to see additional information, such as SKU, product title, product options and quantity. A “Print This” button is also available so you can include a receipt with your shipment.
To search for a specific transaction, use the search bar in the upper right.
To mark a product as fulfilled for your own records, check the Fulfilled box.
For complete original transaction details, refer to your account with the payment gateway, i.e. PayPal. The order history on Goodsie reflects this information.
If nothing is displaying in your Order history, check over the instructions for setting up your payment method.
