Listings are product pages. The Category and Filter options within Listings allow store owners to display only particular product types on dedicated pages.
To add a new Listing, go to Pages > Add in the design panel (paintbrush icon). Click on the Listing option. The default setting for Listings is to display All Products, as is typically desirable on the home page.
If you'd like the Listing page to display only one category of products, select the "Show one category" option under Products.
To display dropdown "browse by" filters above your products,
check one of the options under Filters. Selecting the Category
filter will display a list of all categories in a dropdown menu
above the products.
Categories are generated from categories applied to existing, available products.
Checking another one of the listed filters will display products with that filter type. These options are generated based on the Product Options that have been added to your available products.
To set a new Listing as your homepage, such as a Featured Products category, create and save the listing and then go to Pages > Manage. Click on the arrow icon next to the new listing and drag it to the top of the Pages list under Pages > Manage.
