Sales & Tax Reporting

Sales Reports and Tax Reports can be accessed and exported from the admin Stats dropdown menu. Both of these reports allow you to generate statistics about sales over a particular date range. The Sales Report provides information for all store sales during a time period, while the Tax Report does this only for taxable sales.

Both reports can be exported at the bottom of the data table in CSV format.

Sales Report

In addition to displaying monetary totals for all categories of sales, the Sales Report provides the percentage change in each component from the time period before the one currently viewed. In other words, if you're viewing sales information from a 30-day period, the Sales Report will show you the percent change from the previous 30 days.

Sales Reports include the following categories: Gross Sales, Taxable Sales, Non-Taxable Sales, Product Sales (Excluding Tax & Shipping), Shipping Fees, Taxes Collected, Discounts, Number of Orders, Number of Items, Average Number of Items, Average Sale
